Best Laptop For Use In The Philippines Cebu To Be Exact ? Dell Toshiba Macbook?

I am moving to go to cebu philippines for nursing school and my parents are gunna get me a new laptop for my school work. I dont know what everyone uses there windows or mac. or if it matters. best if its person experience. my parents dont care how much as long as i use it and i would rather have mac laptop but i dont know my aunt says its hard to use mac laptops there. thanks for any feedback.

Go with Toshiba, it’s not as expensive as a Mac and it will work great :D

Never buy a DELL, they are all crappy plastic toys.
I’d choose a nice Toshiba notebook instead.

the macs have more software last longer and make more efficient use of the hardware
