Please let us know the reasons for your recommendation. ( e.g hotel facilities, staff attitude, food etc.)

They both have a web site just look it up and see for yourself. If you want more fancy just try the Waterfront Hotel. Plenty of high-dollar hookers over there.
Location wise you want to be in or near the rotunda. There are plenty of hotels in that area. If you look at my blog there is a map giving you the locations of the girlie bars. There is also a few more all around the same area. Best advice just arrive and sort the hotel they all take cash and you can often get 10% discount for stopping over 10 days.
CROWN REGENCY HOTEL & TOWERS CEBU CITY
What is a good hotel 4 U? For me i can find some nice ones for ard10 US$..TC
Yes, the previous poster is right. USD $100 gets you a good hotel in Cebu City. The hotel I stay at is a bit low class but for about usd $14 per night, I get a family room with 3 beds, cable tv with all the channels, free local telephone calls, private bathroom, airconditioning and room service until 3am
These are 3 hotels for you to consider. They are 3 of the best in Cebu City. None of them is offering usd $100 on line, however, if you go there in person and tell them you are shopping around, you should get a room for less than usd $100 per night. All 3 are located next to or not far from the Ayala Mall. In the top 100 biggest malls in the world. All of them are not far by taxi and walking distance, if you are fit, to SM Mall, which last year was in the top ten biggest malls in the world. Last year, the Philippines had 3 of the top ten biggest malls in the world. 2 in manila and one in Cebu City.
Ayala Mall is an entertainment hub in Cebu City with night clubs, cinemas, kids entertainment, fitness centres, restaurants and usual mall shopping. SM Mall is also an entertainment hub with a ten pin bowling alley, restaurants, trade display hall, conference centre, cinemas, children’s fun centre with train ride, bumps cars and carousel plus usal mall shopping.
Here are the hotel websiteshttp://www.parklanehotel.com.phhttp://www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/ce…http://www.waterfronthotels.com.ph/cebu/…
I have previously been to the waterfront hotel and had them quote me usd $80 for their standard room. A person wrote online last week that they had gone to the waterfront and were quoted usd $85 for their standard room
If you have trouble getting a room for usd $100 at those places, consider staying at the Golden Peak, It is just 5 minutes walk to Ayala Mall.http://www.asiatraveltips.com/CenturyGol…
Here is another cheaper place. It has a roof top swimming pool.http://www.mangoparkhotel.com/roomtype.h…
Here is a guide to the girlie bars in Cebu City. Before you click however, be aware that this is an adult site and you may get more information than you were expecting.http://www.cebuclubreviews.com/cebu_club…
the best and most foreigner friendly bars are on or near Mango Avenue. Also known as Gen Maxilom Ave. They are a short trip by taxi from all of the hotels mentioned. However, they are all close enough for me to walk from any of the hotels mentioned.
My favourite bar in Cebu City is Lonestar:http://www.lonestarcebu.biz/
I hope this helps!
